Eine der wichtigsten Forderungen ist das thermisch bearbeitete Holz, Wärmeisolation, Diffusion- und Dampffilme (...) und qualitative Arbeit. Passend gewählte Plattenknoten erlauben den erforderlichen maximalen Wärmewiderstand in diesen Konstruktionen zu erreichen. Der Wärmewiderstand in den Außenwänden wird mehr als 5 m2 K/W und im Dach  6 m2 K/W erreicht.
