Wooden framework buildings in many developed countries of the world comprise not only the major part of residential construction works, but are also successfully developed during entire decades. In Lithuania, framework construction works has been formed as a cheap, convenient and simple way of construction. However, it is cheap to a certain limit, because the quality of building materials and working culture are especially relevant. There are several constructional requirements that cannot be broken. Timber must be dried and impregnated as much as it is required by Technical Construction Regulation of Lithuanian Republic. Thermal, steam and wind isolation materials must be applied perfectly. Modern technology of wooden framework-element houses has entrenched itself due to simple and quick way of construction and environmental friendliness. This construction is flexible: in future new premises can be added to the house, if there is such need. Modern-day materials and high quality of production technology enables us to achieve high technical-economic indicators of house exploitation
